Electronics manufacturing for the defense and aerospace industry, with component sourcing, production and test under one roof.
AET Electronics was founded in 2019 to manufacture electronic circuit boards and cable harnesses. Its facility in Ankara runs PCB assembly and cable harness production side by side.
Since its founding, the company has built circuit boards and cable harnesses for the leading companies of Türkiye’s defense industry.
We build circuit boards and cable harnesses in a single facility, with testing, records and traceability built into the process.
High-speed SMT placement, through-hole (THT) assembly, conformal coating, rework and repair.
Explore → 02IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 harnesses: cutting, stripping, crimping and connector assembly.
Explore → 03AOI, X-ray and functional testing; 100% electrical testing on cable harnesses.
Explore → 04Inventory, component sourcing, production planning and quality records managed in one ERP system.
Explore →System-level assembly of boards, cable harnesses and mechanical parts.
From prototype and R&D quantities to series production, with no minimum order quantity (MOQ).
Turnkey builds including component sourcing, or consignment builds with customer-supplied materials.
High-speed SMD placement, through-hole (THT) assembly and verification in ESD-protected production areas. Production follows IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001.
SMT capacity for high-volume and complex board assembly.
Through-hole component assembly and soldering, including mixed SMT and THT boards.
Protective coating for electronic circuit boards.
Post-production tests that verify each board works as intended.
Inspection of solder quality, component accuracy and board integrity.
Production capability from cutting and stripping through crimping and connector assembly. Harnesses are built to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 requirements.
Automated processing across a wide range of wire gauges.
Repeatable terminations with professional and military-standard crimp tools.
Compatible with JST, Molex, TE Connectivity, Amphenol and Hirose.
Harness production with military-standard connectors such as MIL-DTL-38999 and MIL-DTL-5015.
AET harness test capacity
Continuity and resistance measured on every conductor.
Opens, shorts and miswires detected, with fault location.
Dielectric withstand (hipot) and insulation resistance testing.
Pull testing.
Tracking and records for every harness.
Verification of every cable harness.
All components and PCBs are checked before production; any damage or shortage is reported to you with photos for approval.
Verification and reporting of the first article against drawings and requirements before series production.
Automated optical and X-ray inspection of solder quality, component accuracy and board integrity.
Functional verification of finished boards and final product testing.
Materials stored to IPC and ESD requirements in a dust-free, temperature- and humidity-controlled environment.
Inventory, sourcing, production planning and quality control data managed in one integrated system.

Production follows IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3; our technical team is certified to these standards.

No. Our production is flexible, from low-volume prototype and development builds to high-volume series production, and we do not apply a minimum order quantity.
Gerber files (RS-274X or ODB++), the pick-and-place (centroid) file and the bill of materials (BOM) in Excel format are sufficient.
Yes, if you wish. We offer turnkey builds including component sourcing, and we also work on a consignment basis with customer-supplied materials.
PCB assembly follows IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001, and cable harness production follows IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3. Our technical team is certified to these standards.
Yes. We hold AS9100D aerospace and defense quality management certification and an EYDEP A competency certificate covering both PCB assembly and cable harness processes.
Yes. We manufacture cable harnesses with military-standard connectors such as MIL-DTL-38999 and MIL-DTL-5015.
On boards we use AOI (automated optical inspection), X-ray solder analysis and functional testing; on cable harnesses we perform 100% electrical testing, including continuity, insulation resistance and high-voltage tests.
Yes. We apply automated conformal coating to IPC standards for boards that will operate in humid, dusty or thermally demanding environments.
All components and PCBs are checked at incoming quality control (IQC) before production. If there is damage or a shortage, we send you a photo report and start an approval process.
